本研究以光學的角度來分析LED之能量萃取效率與建立LED的光學模型,進而設計LED晶片外部結構以提昇能量萃取效率以及封裝結構以獲得所要的發光角度,並藉此發展LED光學模型以提昇LED在特殊光學燈具之應用潛力。
We present the analysis of light extraction in various LEDs and accordingly design specific geometry of LEDs in enhancing the light extraction efficiency. Besides, we propose the study of optical model of mid-field light pattern of large-size LED, which is useful to applications of LED lamps.
