摘要


將鉍離子(Bi(上標 3+))加入銪離子摻雜之氧化釔紅色螢光體中,探討其結構與光學性質。發現加入鉍離子能促進紅色螢光體於300nm至400nm之紫外線能量吸收,此乃由於鉍離子吸收紫外線能量再以能量轉移之方式傳給銪離子。本研究成果將可應用於紫外光發光二極體。

In this study, we doped bismuth and europium ions into Y2O3 red phosphors and investigated their structure and optical properties. Adding Bismuth ions enhance the intensity between 300nm and 400nm of Eu doped Y2O3 excitation spectra. The reason may be the energy transfer from bismuth to europium ions. The results of this study may apply in the field of ultraviolet light emitting diodes.
