摘要


本文目的建立雙光束干涉儀與單透鏡光學干涉條紋量測,研究方法係採用ZEMAX光學設計程式多重組態進行凹、凸透鏡及光學平板之干涉條紋量測與分析。本文雖然僅對凹、凸透鏡及光學平板的量測各舉一設計實例,然本方法對一般凹及凸透鏡皆可適用。一般傳統光學元件製作是透鏡加工完成之進行量測,本文創新方法是先量測模擬再進行透鏡加工。如此可縮短研發時程與加工成本。使光學工程師學習獲得評估光學元件性能的實際經驗,提升產品生產良率。

This paper studies to design of the two beams interferometer and analyzes single lens performance. The reference beam and the test beam were established by multi-configuration mode of ZEMAX optical software to analyze interference fringe of concave lens, concave lens and optical plate. In general, the manufacturing process of the lens is the measurement of the lens after making it. Although there is only one design example for the concave lens, concave lens and optical plate respectively, the technique can still be applied to the general concave lens and concave lens. We have firstly created to do in the reverse way, that is, after the simulation of the lens's measurement, and then make it. So, it can lower the cost of the product and also decrease the time of research and development. This technique will provide practical experience in evaluating optical product performance quickly before mass production and good yield rate for the optical engineers.
