學生評鑑教師教學工具之編製:以高雄市復華中學為例

摘要


本研究旨在發展中學學生評鑑教師教學之工具,採用高雄市復華中學學生學習滿意度回饋問卷施測所得資料為基礎,以探索性因素分析(exploratory factor analysis, EFA)縮減問卷題項;以相關係數及Cronbach's α係數考驗問卷的再測信度與內部一致性信度;以驗證性因素分析(confirmatory factor analysis, CFA)考驗本研究實徵資料與理論結構的符合程度,瞭解本問卷的建構效度。研究結論如下:(一)學生學習回饋問卷之信度良好。(二)學生學習回饋問卷各構念因素之理論模式適合度堪稱理想。本研究並根據上述結論做出若干建議。

This study aimed to developed a new instrument for senior high student ratings of instruction. Based upon Private Fu-Hwa Senior High School students responses from the learning feedback scales. this study used statistical techniques, such as exploratory factor analysis, test-retest reliability, internal-consistency reliability, and confirmatory factor analysis to verify the reliability and validity of the scale. The results are listed as follows: 1. The reliability coefficient of Cronbach α of the test was .958, which shows the good reliability of the test. 2. The outcome of confirmatory analysis of scale showed good fitness of model.
