鋁合金有機染色技術之研究

A Study of Aluminum Alloy Dyeing Technology with Organic Stain

摘要


應用陽極處理氧化鋁(anodic aluminum oxide,簡稱AAO)以形成高密度堆積的六角形孔洞結構,再以有機萃取染料染色,經過封孔處理,可直接在鋁合金上染出鮮豔的顏色,其製程較以往的烤漆方式節省加工設備與製程步驟且能使表面之顏色均勻附著於鋁材上;本文目的主要在尋找陽極染色的最佳操作變數,包括試片表面處理、前處理溶液、染色操作溫度、染色劑種類與染色劑酸鹼值對鋁合金染色效果之影響;其次則是針對天然有機染料用於鋁模板陽極處理染色做進一步探索實驗。實驗發現天然植物萃取的染料酸鹼值為5.5時,染色的效果與工業染料相當,能獲得令人滿意的結果。

An anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) have a hexagon hole constitution with high density. AAO is dyeing after dipping with organic colors and sealing. This procedure is simplify and easier adherence uniformly. This study aims to obtain the parameter of dyeing operator include surface treatment of sample, liquid, temperature of dyeing operator, the affect of dyeing operator with stain and its PH value. Experimental result, it is good for AAO is dyeing after dipping with organic colors with PH 5.5.
