摘要


本論文利用多步驟化學合成反應得到一類由雙-4-羥基香豆素與胺基苯甲酸酯同時鍵結於一芳香環聯結物之新穎分子,經由紫外光譜分析與親脂親水性理論計算,發現化合物3,4具有優異的紫外線吸收能力與厭水性,或可應用成為保護人類皮膚及頭髮免受紫外線傷害的紫外線吸收劑。

In this report, multi-step chemical reactions were applied to prepare a series of novel compounds which two molecules, bis-4-hydroxycoumarin and formylphenyl dimethylaminobenzoate were united. Following evaluation of their UV spectrum, and log P property, we found compound 3,4 showed fine UV absorb properties and good hydrophobicity, which may become a candidate as a cosmetic ingredient to the protection of human skin and hair from UV damage.
