摘要


自動光學檢測的應用大致上可以分成:檢視、識別、量測、導引、製程品管監控等五個方面。本研究目的在應用光學影像和影像處理,成功的自動生產檢測出劣質的商品圖。其檢測方式有:膠水瓶身二維條碼是否正確、瓶蓋是否安裝完整確實及膠水瓶身顏色是否正常。本研究藉由LabVIEW的VBAI(Vision Builder AI)自行開發之軟體,建立一套客觀、攜帶容易、具有彈性的膠水筆自動化檢測系統,且由程式設計出的人機介面,操作者可直接查看判斷檢測的結果,之後將數據輸出至Microsoft EXCEL製作成表,以供品管分析。實驗目的為導入光學影像至自動化檢測以提升生產速率,降低成本和提高產品的良率。

The applications of automated optical inspection in general can be divided into: View the five aspects of the inspection, identification, measurement, guidance, manufacturing processprocessing quality control monitoring. The purpose of this study in the application of optical imaging and image processing, automatic production to detect inferior merchandise plots. Inspection methods are: whether glue bottle two-dimensional bar code is correct or not, whether the cap is installed on completely indeed or not, and whether the glue bottle color is normal or not. By the LabVIEW VBAI (Vision Builder AI) self-developed software, the establishment of an objective, easy to carry, flexible glue pen automated inspection systems, and programming man-machine interface, the operator can directly view the judge detected the results, after the data output to a Microsoft EXCEL made into a table, for quality control analysis. Experiments aimed at import optical image to the automated inspection in order to enhance the production rate, reduce costs and improve product yield rate.
