運動教練運用轉型領導理論之探討

A Research of the Transforming Leadership Approach on Sports Coach

摘要


領導理論從特質論、行為論、權變論到新型領導理論,隨著時空背景不斷在演進,以產生最適合運用於不同場合的領導模式,Burn(1978)以Maslow的需求理論界定轉型領導的意義,導出轉型領導中領導者與被領導者的關係。運動教練是運動團體組織的靈魂人物,其領導的行為模式嚴重影響著運動團隊中運動員的成績。本研究以轉型領導主要五種內涵之獨特的魅力、個別的關懷、激勵與鼓舞、啟發知識力量及建立共同的願景,提出五點運動教練在領導運動時可實際採用之策略,期望能提供運動教練以不同的領導理論行為模式,進行實務與理論的驗證及交流。

A new type of leadership theory develops from trait theory, behavioral theory, and contingency theory. As the constantly evolving of background to produce the most appropriate models of leadership to use in different occasions. Burns used the Maslow's Theory of Human Needs to define the meaning of transformational leadership. It exported the relationship of the leader and the led in transformational leadership. A sport coaching is the soul of the organization and his leadership models will impact on athletes' accomplishments. The study brings up five strategies which are respectively unique charm, individual care, incentive and encouragement, inspiration and knowledge and power to establish a common future. It is looking forward to provide coaches with different patterns of behavior leadership theory, in practice and theory of mutual authentication and exchange as the development power of leadership theory.
