體育教師專業能力對國小學生學習滿意度與學習成效之影響

The Effects of PE Teachers' Professional Abilities on Learning Satisfactions and Learning Performance

摘要


本研究目的在分析國小學童背景變項在知覺體育教師專業能力、學習滿意度及學習成效之差異情形,並驗證教師專業能力、學習滿意度及學習成效之間影響關係。以嘉義縣市公立國小之四至六年級學生為研究對象,採問卷調查發放1300份問卷,回收有效問卷1254份,有效回收率96.46%。資料回收進行統計分析結果顯示:國小學童參與者背景變項在教師專業能力之差異分析,性別與運動習慣變項皆達顯著性差異。國小學童參與者背景變項在學習滿意度之差異分析,性別與運動習慣變項皆達顯著性差異。國小學童參與者背景變項在學習成效之差異分析,性別與運動習慣變項達顯著性差異。教師專業能力、學習滿意度及學習成效之間影響分析,發現體育教師的教師專業能力會正向影響國小學童學習滿意度休閒滿意度,教師專業能力會正向影響國小學童學習成效,國小學童的學習滿意度會正向影響其學習成效,國小學童學習滿意度在模式中是屬於部分中介效果。

The purpose of this research is to analyze the differences manifested by elementary students' background variables in terms of the professional teaching capacity of the teachers of perceptual sports, learning satisfaction and learning outcome. This research also serves to verify the interrelations among the professional teaching capacity of teachers, learning satisfaction and learning outcome of students. The research is based on the fifth and sixth grade students of Chiayi County public elementary schools. A total of 1300 questionnaires were issued and 1254 valid questionnaires returned. The effective return percentage was 96.46%. The differences caused by the background variables of the students involved in this research are manifested in the analysis of teachers' professional capacity, gender and sports habits. The differences caused by the background variables of the students involved in this research are revealed in the analysis of learning satisfaction, gender and sports habits. The differences caused by the background variables of the students involved in this research are also manifested in the analysis of learning outcome, gender and sports habits. The results indicate that the professional teaching capacity of a physical education teacher can affect the learning satisfaction and leisure satisfaction of an elementary student in a positive way. The professional teaching capacity of a teacher can affect the learning outcome of an elementary student in a positive way. The learning satisfaction of an elementary student can affect his or her learning outcome. In terms of the research model, the learning satisfaction of an elementary student is partially a mediate effect.
