The purpose of this study intended to analyze the relationship between workplace friendship and work-family enrichment of the elementary teachers serving as section chief. The survey was used on this study and total 400 subjects were recruit. The data analysis included descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression. The findings were as follows: The variables of sex, education, age, school size, and offices had no significant differences on the workplace friendship and the work-family enrichment. The tenures of section chief had significant difference on the work-family enrichment, but not on the workplace friendship. The workplace friendship significantly predicted on the work-family enrichment, indicating the higher the workplace friendship, the better the work-family enrichment. Based on the research findings, this study provides some suggestions.
