The main purpose of this study was comparing of cardiovascular endurance of males three minutes step test with different height and stepping height. The subjects were 64 males(20.27±1.32 yr, 171.14±4.53 cm, and 71.56±16.40 kg) of Lan Yang Institute of Technology students. The four groups ranges were in according with 5 cm height of every group. The step height facility of 35 cm, 40 cm, and 45 cm were from Chanson aerobic fitness step. The three minutes step test music was down load by National Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. Original data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Scheff'e. The results were: 1. The males cardiovascular endurance of the different height groups was not significant (P>.05) at the 35 cm step height. The subjects felt the 35 cm step height was not high that the influence of the physiology reaction was not often. 2. The males cardiovascular endurance of the different height groups was not significant (P>.05)at the 40 cm step height. The shorter of the physiology reaction were not influence significant. The higher of the cardiovascular endurance had good mechanical, biomechanics efficiency and, none much burdened. 3. The males cardiovascular endurance of the 45 cm step height of the 176-180 cm group was significant (P<.05) than the 161-165 cm group. The height have high height, the step height fit the knee joint of the stamped on angle, and good performance efficiency.
