大學游泳池對外開放之經營模式管理－國立台灣師範大學個案分析

摘要

國立臺灣師範大學游泳館（以下簡稱台灣師大游泳館），為標準室內溫水複合式游泳池。以教育為主，合理化的時段區隔，採取分時段對外民眾開放使用。平日提供游泳家教班與水中有氧課程，寒暑假期間對外開放最為普遍，辦理各種游泳訓練營，使游泳館之利用發揮最大效益。本研究目的，探討國立臺灣師範大學游泳館對外開放之經營模式管理的個案分析。研究方法採文獻分析法與透過蒐集個體經驗之半結構的深度訪談法。根據文獻分析與五位受訪者訪談資料，研究結果歸納如下：一、經營模式區分三種，為委外、自營以及封閉式，而大學游泳池對外開放已成必然趨勢，經營模式面臨改變；二、台灣師大游泳館位於台北市大安區輻湊之處，對外開放營運腹地廣大；三、個案採自營模式，會員制度，設備完善，符合現代社會民眾的休閒需求；四、體育室場地管理組編制專設游泳館管理員與游泳館監理及預算控管員各一名；五、體育運動科系學生平日利用體育運動專業技能打工，結合游泳館人力資源，讓學生更深入地參與運動產業的經營；六、積極策略，增加與社區居民的互動，廣招學員；七、未來應規劃一套先進的管理資訊系統，透過電腦建制一套標準作業流程，將所有會員資料建檔，亦可做為市場分析的研究內容。

The National Taiwan Normal University's (NTNU) swimming pool is the indoor warm water complex type. Rely mainly on educating, rationalized period district separate, is it divide period foreign open to use people to adopt. There are many aerobics classes and private teachers to offer on ordinary days. Opening to the public is the most general during winter and summer vacation. This research purpose, probe into the case analysis of the business model of public university's swimming pool-case study of NTNU. The research approach adopts the analytic approach of documents and interview. According to document analysis and interview materials of five interviewees, the result of study is summed up as follows: First, The business model have three pattern, for committed, self-operation and closed. The opening public university's swimming pool has already become the inexorable trend, circumstances alter cases for the type of operation; Second, NTNU in Taipei in the place gathered, opening to the outside world operates the hinterland vastly; Third, adopt the self-operation model, member's system, the equipment is perfect, accord with the modern social demand; Fourth, The office of physical education and sports set one natatorium administrator and a supervisor; Fifth, student of physical education department utilize the professional skill of sports activity to work as a temporary labourer on ordinary days, combine natatorium human resources, make student participate in management; Sixth, positive policy, increase with interdynamic, community of resident, wide to employ student; Seventh, should plan a set of advanced the management information system in the future, a set of standard homework procedure of organizational system that pass the computer, file all member materials, also can make for the research contents of market analysis.
