原住民地區民宿發展可行性評估模式之建置

摘要

國人對於觀光旅遊的注重，加上週休二日的推行，以致觀光旅遊風氣興盛，大眾旅遊型態也已漸漸朝向自然旅遊的發展趨勢，而生態旅遊亦屬其中一環，故生態旅遊也日益受到重視，成為台灣觀光產業發展重要的一環。而近年來台灣興起一股民宿熱潮，這些民宿結合住宿與觀光遊憩等特性，不僅提供住宿的服務，並且還依該民宿之人、事、地之不同，提供遊客不同的特色行程服務。
生態旅遊包裝的行程普遍具有強調深度體驗自然生態與原住民部落生活特色，故原住民地區也屬於生態旅遊的一環。但原住民地區在經濟上較為困難，若能將民宿加以發展，不但在經濟上可有些許收入，對於地方上整體發展也可有正面之幫助。
本研究期望以發展原住民地區民宿為基準，透過模式指標分析方式，建置對於原住民地區民宿發展可行性評估模式，以供民宿經營管理單位參考，並希望原住民地區民宿之發展能夠獲得正面的幫助與永續的經營。

More people in Taiwan have paid attention to leisure travel and the recently promulgated ”two days off in a week” policy has made it much more prosperous. The development trend for travel is toward experiencing nature and people gradually consider the eco-system travel important. Recently the pension development has become a hot issue in Taiwan. Staying overnight in a pension provides not only lodging but also different eco-system itinerary services for travelers.
Since the itinerary for eco-system travel generally includes in-depth experience of natural ecology and the living characteristics of the aborigine tribes, the aborigine areas become a part of eco-system traveling. The financial situation in the aborigine areas is generally hard. If the pension can be developed, more income can be generated and the comprehensive development for those areas can be boosted.
This research, through analyzing model indices, tries to establish the feasibility evaluation model for the aborigine areas and provide a reference guide for the pension operation and management authorities. It is hoped that the pension development in the aborigine area can obtain positive assistance and become a long-lasting operation.
