遊客對金、九地區民宿滿意度之研究

A Study on the Visitors for Satisfaction of Home Stay Facilities in Chinkuashih & Chiufen Area

摘要


基於國民旅遊市場逐漸擴大,消費者對於住宿選擇趨於多樣化,本研究之目的在於了解遊客住宿前之重視程度與住宿後之滿意程度,並探討遊客之社經背景對住宿需求滿意度的影響,希望藉由對民宿遊客需求研究,能夠作為業者做為民宿經營的參考策略。 本研究抽測對象是以金瓜石、九份地區有實際住過民宿之遊客為主,問卷發放650份,回收之有效問卷共431份。資料分析方法運用敘述性統計、變異數與卡方分析,結果如下: 1.遊客對住宿需求重視程度較強前三項為:獨立不受干擾的環境、停車空間傢俱及廚房設備;民宿遊客對於民宿住宿需求的滿意度較高前三項為:傢俱及廚房設備、客房設備、具特殊性的外部設計及內部擺設。 2.有關遊客對住宿需求重視度與滿意度之間差距較大的前三項依序為:提供廚房、醫療設備、DIY活動。差距較小的前三項依序為:與主人的交流互動、具特殊性的外部設計及內部擺設、提供客廳。 3.民宿遊客社經背景特性不同(年齡、居住地、教育程度、職業),對於民宿住宿需求(設施、餐飲、服務、環境景觀、經營管理、遊憩體驗)的重視程度與滿意程度都會產生不同的感受。 4.本研就發現遊客再宿意願只有2.24,表示民宿業者還有很高的改善空間。

The main purpose of this research is to understand what significance part of pension tourists before living and the satisfaction of pension tourists after expending. This study will further probe into social background of pension tourists, which might influence their needs, also provide reference for proprietor by this result of research. This research collected information from pension tourists who located in Jin Gua Shi by questionnaire, total of 431 useful surveys were obtained and valid. The method of data analysis which adopt ANOVA、Chi-square Test and so on. To select and survey the valid questionnaire in order to comprehend the characteristic, needs, and satisfaction of pension tourists currently. By analysis of effect, we concluded with the following consequence as below, Ⅰ. The three higher priority of requirement of general tourists are: ”independent and tranquil” ”Car park” ”furniture and kitchen equipment”, but the priority of requirement of pension tourists as ”Furniture and kitchen equipment” ”Room equipment” and ”Attractive exterior and interior design”. Ⅱ. The most difference between requirement and satisfaction of tourists are ”Kitchen Provide” ”Medical instrument” and ”DIY activity”. The minimum differences are ”cooperation with proprietor” ”Attractive exterior and interior design” and ”Living room provide”. Ⅲ. Pension tourists are various kind of people, who have different characteristics, such as age, living place, education, occupation, also feel different from significance and satisfaction in equipment 、food 、service 、environment 、management、experience of tour. Ⅳ. In this reasarch we find out that customer's repurchase is only 2.24, therefore pension owner should making some strategy to prove their manage.
