以QIT手法改善Array成膜製程機台產生的metal particle
Take QIT Approach to Improve the Metal Particle Cause by Array Thin Film Process Machines
摘要
在ISO-9001:2008版中[1]強調持續改善的要求。本個案是組織QIT(Quality Improvement Tam)透過8D Report (8disciplines process)改酋程序的運用來達到持續改善的目的，而對日前的生產環境變異是相當得錯綜複雜，其發生的根本原因常涵蓋人員、機器、環境、方法、量測與材料之問的交互作用影響。因此結合品管手法和相關工具整合並改良現有的製程機台問題，透過公司全員參與及小組的團隊合作，建立起一套完整的品質系統，進行持續的改善及矯正與預防，這對於液晶顯示器面板、模組組裝產業和其他相關產業，整體面言品質的提昇是相當重要的課題。藉由8D以防止其再度發生，以提高產品的整體品質和確保顧客滿意度。

In the ISO-9001 2008 edition that emphasize the requirement for continuous improvement. This case is regarding how the organization QIT (Quality improvement Team) achieves the improvement purpose by applying the 8D report (8 disciplines process). The root causes of quality issues are often covered by interaction effect between personnel, equipment, environment, method, measurement and material. To apply 8D procedure would prevent the re-occurrence. It also would improve overall quality level of the product to ensure customer satisfaction.
