摘要


在ISO-9001:2008版中[1]強調持續改善的要求。本個案是組織QIT(Quality Improvement Tam)透過8D Report (8disciplines process)改酋程序的運用來達到持續改善的目的,而對日前的生產環境變異是相當得錯綜複雜,其發生的根本原因常涵蓋人員、機器、環境、方法、量測與材料之問的交互作用影響。因此結合品管手法和相關工具整合並改良現有的製程機台問題,透過公司全員參與及小組的團隊合作,建立起一套完整的品質系統,進行持續的改善及矯正與預防,這對於液晶顯示器面板、模組組裝產業和其他相關產業,整體面言品質的提昇是相當重要的課題。藉由8D以防止其再度發生,以提高產品的整體品質和確保顧客滿意度。
