This study is exploration industry competition analysis in the Chinese automotive electronics market. Research methods are document analysis and case study. We use the data of China Association of Automobile Manufactures and Institute of China Uniway Economics to study the market. This study used SWOT analysis and five forces analysis method. The conclusions and findings are as follows, and the suggestion was by the external environment of automotive industry market analysis. In the future, the Chinese can develop the automotive electronics market. Business cycle effect on global economic environment is time to go by going into competitive analysis. Because all of Motors are using globalization strategy of purchases which it is can getting excellent access opportunities by Taiwan's automotive electronics Company. The proposed strategic alliance approach has been the best advantage for company of Taiwan and Mainland China Automotive factory.
