七十九年度台灣地區中醫診所及中藥房自行調製之調經理帶類中藥製劑羼加西藥成分之調查

摘要
為了解中醫診所及中藥房自行調製販售之調經理帶類中藥製劑中是否羼加西藥成分，本局淤民國79年元月至3月間派員自台北市、高雄市及台灣北、中、南地區各縣市之16家中醫診所及37家中藥房抽購該類檢體53件，依薄層層析法及分光光度測定法進行檢驗是否含有Estradiol Benzoate, Ethinylestradiol, Progesterone及Metronidazole西藥成分。結果全部檢體均未檢出上述西藥成分，卻有一件購自參藥行之檢體檢出羼有Aminopyrine及caffeine西藥成分，占1.9%，顯示此類製劑羼加西藥成分之情形並未完全杜絕。

For the investigation on the adulteration of Chinese herbal antidysmenorrheics dispensed at traditional Chinese medical clinics and herbal pharmacies in Taiwan, 53 samples were randomly purchased in Taiwan area from Jan.1990 to Mar. 1990. The adulteration was determined by thin-layer chromatography and UV spectrophotometry and the results showed that only one sample was aduterated with aminopyrine and caffeine.
