摘要

本研究主要目的是探討某醫學中心乳癌婦女入院24小時內、出院24小時內及出院滿一個月後，病人使用乳房手術照護網路護理指導實施前後之生活品質、焦慮及憂鬱探討，共收了40位初次罹患乳癌手術的婦女為研究對象。研究結果發現，實施網路護理指導後，患者焦慮有緩解趨勢（入院24小時內7.5±5.05分；出院24小時內7.55±4.69分；出院滿一個月後7.30±5.20分），但未達統計意義；術後憂鬱及生活品質亦未改善。乳房手術病人透過網路護理指導後，在傷口換藥、引流管照護及日常生活自我照護滿意度方面皆進步，唯課程操作方面滿意度下降達4%。期能藉此研究之結果，提供未來建構網路護理指導之參考。

The objective of this study was to compare the situation differences for women with breast cancer such as quality of life, anxiety and depression, and the utilization effect of the network nursing instruction about the breast surgery in three different stages. The results indicated that while providing with network nursing instruction, the anxiety tended to be relieved after surgery. However, both depression and the quality of life seemed to have no significant difference. After the utilization of network nursing instruction, the satisfaction of patients with breast cancer surgery was raised, along with the course execution. We hope that this research can provide some reference to the construction of network nursing instruction in the future.
