疫情下日文系學生的就業壓力

Employment Stress on Japanese Language Majoring Students under the COVID-19

摘要


本研究主要目的在整理就業壓力的相關文獻後,採用問卷調查法,以北區某大學日文系學生為研究對象,探討疫情下本研究就業壓力量表之因素分析,再採用t檢驗、變異數分析及相關分析探討日文系學生屬性、背景因素與就業壓力之關聯性。根據因素分析的結果顯示,抽出「面對求職的壓力」、「個人條件的壓力」、「同儕好友競爭的壓力」、「就業環境的壓力」、「專業背景的壓力」、「父母或親屬期望的壓力」6個因素,整體就業壓力狀態處於高程度,說明疫情下日文系學生在就業方面的確存在較大的壓力。本研究的成果也揭示了不同屬性、背景的日文系學生存在哪些不同程度的就業壓力,以及就業壓力各維度與父母期望的相關性。最後根據本研究之發現,對於未來如何協助日文系學生因應就業之壓力提出建議。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of the employment stress scale in this study by using a questionnaire survey. And the t-test, variance analysis, and correlation analysis were used to investigate the relationship between students' attributes, background factors and employment stress was examined. According to the results of the factor analysis, six factors were extracted: " job hunting stress", "personal conditions stress", "competition from peers and friends stress", "employment environment stress", "professional background stress", and "'parents' or 'relatives' expectations stress". And the overall employment pressure status is high, which means that students do have more pressure in employment. The results of this study also revealed the different levels of employment stress among Japanese students with different attributes and backgrounds, as well as the correlation between each dimension of employment stress and parental expectations. Finally, based on the findings of this study, recommendations are made on how to help students cope with employment stress in the future.
