This is a continuation of our investigation of the Taiwan mucoraceous fungi. Ten species of Mucorales from soil, air, and animal dung are presented in this paper. They are Mucor advantitius, M. circinelloides, M. corticolus, M. falcatus, M. griseo-lilacinus, M. piriformis, Pilobolus crystallinus, Phycomyces nitens, Syncephalis cornu, and Syncephalustrum racemosum, all these are reported as new to the fungal flora of Taiwan. All of them were carefully studied, and specific characters decribed. Tests for zygospore formation were made between the various collections of the same or closely related species, but none were induced. All of the pure cultures which were isolated are therefore presumably heterothallic.
