The temperature dependence of the Hall resistivity pxy and the longitudinal resistivity pxx for the YBCO film, with and without irradiation of O-ions, has been measured near the transition region. It has been observed that the peak value of the negative Pxy increases significantly at 1 tesla, but decreases at 2 and 3 tesla after the irradiation, while pxx varies in the opposite direction with the field. We have calculated the Hall conductivity δxy based on the data of pxx and pxy, and have correlated the variation of δxy with that of the negative pxy.
