Effect of Transport Current Density on the Longitudinal and Hall Resistivities in the Mixed State of YBCO Films

並列摘要

We prepared the YBa2Cu3Oy films onto the SrTiO3(001) substrates in an off-axis RF magnetron sputtering system. The powder X-ray diffraction showed that the films were c-axis epitaxially oriented. Measurements of both the longitudinal resistivities and the Hall resistivities for the YBa2Cu3Oy films as a function of temperature for various J and B are shown. We found that, for the same Lorentz force J x B with different J and B, neither pxx-T nor pxy-T curves would follow the same trace in the mixed state. How the transport current density affecting the longitudinal and Hall resistivities behavior was investigated in this work.
