摘要

牙齒錯位是異位萌發的其中一種分類，意指在同一象限中兩顆或以上之恆牙萌出時位置互換之現象，雖然目前對牙齒錯位之機制尚未有定論，但堆測與牙胚生長發育及牙齒萌發過程有著密切相關。又上顎犬齒錯位之發生率約為0.3%，爲口腔內各牙齒之冠，而且在治療時常碰到牙根相互影響，甚至造成牙根吸收、牙周組織受損及牙髓壞死之情況。因此本報告從牙齒錯位之發生率、分類、病因學、診斷、治療計劃之擬定與治療過程作一完整說明，並且提出一上顎雙側犬齒及小臼齒錯位之十二歲男童為例，透過矯正治療前、後之分析，以供其他類似病例做為參考。

Tooth transposition is a dental anomaly characterized by the exchange in position of 2 or more teeth within a quadrant of the dental arch. Although the mechanism of tooth transposition is not clear, it seems to be closely related to the development of tooth germs and the process of eruption. The prevalence of maxillary canine transposition is 0.3%. It is very complicated to treat canine transposition caused by root resorption, periodontal destruction, and pulp necrosis. This article describes the orthodontic treatment planning and procedure of a case of bilateral tooth transposition. The etiology, prevalence rate, classification, and diagnosis are also discussed.
