摘要

爲瞭解恒春熱帶植物園遊客意見，本調查以系統逢機取樣之人員訪問法，於1992年暑假和1993年寒假期間訪問調查遊客對恒春植物園之角色功能概念、活動行爲、體驗及基本資料，共計調查有效問卷638份；調查資料以百分比統計圖進行分析。依本調查之結果顯示：恒春植物園之經營管理及設施上仍有多處值得加以改善如解說加强、衝擊改善與管理、動線設計等均爲重要課題。從本調查分析之結果除可瞭解遊客之基本資料與行爲，及遊客對各項設施之意見外，並可做爲經營管理改善之參考。

This survey investigated and analyzed visitor information from the Hengchuen Botanical Garden. Visitor interviews were conducted daring summer 5992 and spring 1993. A total of 638 questionnaires were collected by systematic sampling.
Six main subjects were surveyed and analyzed including the concept of understanding the role of botanical garden, activities and behavior, visitor experiences, opinions about management and facilities, impressions of environmental impact and basic visitor information.
The results show that the management of this botanical garden needs to improve in some areas, such as interpretation, impact management, and Boil system reorganization.
The data obtained in this survey can serve ass good reference toe the management of thin botanical garden in the future.
