公共圖書館對資訊技術之因應與管理

摘要
資訊技術之進步改變社會對資訊之看法與使用。本文探討資訊技術對圖書館之衝擊，並概略探討公共圖書館對資訊技術之因應與一般性之管理，但不涉及管理的實務操作與應用。

The advances in information technology have changed the way society views and uses information. This paper is to discuss information technology's impact on libraries. Also discussed is how to respond and manage information technology in public libraries in general, but not include the practical aspects of operation and application.
