This article aims to provide insights into library partrons' changing reading behaviors and share National Taiwan Library's successful experiences in promoting e-reading amid COVID-19 pandemic. Choosing National Taiwan Library as research subject, researchers analyzed its electronic resources usage statistics and introduced its innovative adjustment in marketing library electronic resources services, for instance, increasing exposure via posting articles on highly-browsed online forum.
