摘要

公共圖書館組織蒐集了豐富的紙本圖書與數位媒體，為保護讀者群及促進公共福祉機構的安全發展，勢湏施行強制隔離政策和社交距離規章，本篇論文在公共圖管各種不同的利用指導基礎之上，作者試著討論這次嚴重特殊感染性肺炎挑戰之下所呈現的閱讀與推廣議題並提出各種可能的化解之道。

Public library organization obtain beautiful paper book & digital media to protect user group and promote social commonwealth institution safety development, it is necessary to enact coercive separation policy and social distances regulation. This article, based on the differentiated library user instruction of public library. The author trying to discuss the present reading or promotion issue and possible solution when face this Serve Pneumonia with Novel Pathogens (SPNP) accident challenge.
