探究公共圖書館與出版商間策略性聯盟的議題：法制概念描述取向
The study on Strategic Alliance Issue of Public Library and Publisher: Legal Concept Description Orientation

Paper books and digital publications have their unique format. This study uses strategic alliance and aspect of legal structure approach to analyze E-book publishing issue. Moreover, the paper provides insights and possible solutions for the public librarianship and publishers on the impact of the publication contract of the digital publishing procedure.
