Primary Angiosarcoma of the Right Atrium: Report of a Case
原發性右心房血管肉瘤：病例報告
摘要
本院報告一侵犯右心房、右心室之原發性右心房血管肉瘤之病例。一位25歲男性病患，曾有一個月的胸悶、心悸及喘不過氣的病史。在地區醫院作診斷後，曾嘗試接受腫瘤切除，但未成功。7日後，於本院再接受腫瘤切除手術。切除的腫瘤大小約為9×9×6公分，病理切片檢驗顯示確為血管肉瘤。病患出院後，仍繼續接受放射線治療。

We present a case of large angiosarcoma arising from the right atrium, involving the right ventricle. The patient was a 25-year-old male, had a one-month history of chest tightness, shortness of breath, and palpitation. An initial attempt for radical excision for the atrial tumor was made at a regional medical unit, but failed. Re-operation was performed at our department 7 days later. The resected tumor measured 9×9×6 cm, and microscopic examination revealed angiosarcoma. Adjunctive radiation therapy was performed.
