從儒家道德情感視域建構醫學倫理「同理心」教育

Building Medical Ethic Education of "Empathy" from the Confucian Moral Emotion

摘要


現代醫療技術日益發達,醫學專業訓練越來越趨向於技術化與標準化,與此同時,醫病糾紛的社會事件也層出不窮。為緩解醫病之間因知識、社會背景等差異造成的溝通不良而延伸各種的糾紛,醫療體系更要求醫療人員面對病患須加強同理心,提供更人性化的照護服務。提升醫療人員同理心與溝通能力,一直是醫學倫理教育重要的教學環節,本文希望藉由儒家體系中的道德情感論與朱熹「居敬窮理」的道德實踐方法,建構起具同理心與價值引導的醫療倫理決策訓練模式,提升醫療照護中醫病溝通的能力。

With the growth of medical technology, the medical professional training is becoming more technical and standard. At the same time the disputes between physician-patient is intensified. In order to relieve the disputes between physician-patient caused by differences between social background and medical knowledge, the medical systems ask physician raise empathy and provide more humanistic service. Medical ethics education has keep focused on the cultivation of empathy and communication ability. Basic on the Confucian moral emotion and the thought of Zhuxi's "Jujingqiongli", the article tried to construct a set of ethics decision-making training method to enhance medical and disease communication ability.
