摘要

由於不銹鋼良好的耐蝕性及機械性，而被廣泛的應用。雖然有優於其它鋼材的抗蝕性，但是仍會受到某些因素的影響而發生腐蝕。本文針對幾個實際案例，經由分析探討不銹鋼管材腐蝕的原因。對於管線的使用、設計、環境及施工等腐蝕問題的預防與維護措施給予建議。

Stainless steels have been widely used in various fields due to their good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Although the corrosion resistance of stainless steels is better than those of other metals, it could corrode under some specific conditions. Causes of corrosion for stainless steel tubing systems used in gas and aqueous environments were studied. Based on the investigations, several suggestions were made in regard to corrosion prevention in corrosive environments in the aspects of design, fabrication, and maintenance of the tubing systems.
