張元素臟腑論治理論影響之研究

摘要

本文的目的旨在探討張元素「臟腑論治」理論的影響，張元素傳承《內經》「藏象學說」、「五臟苦欲」和「五味入臟」的理論，建立完整的「臟腑論治」與「藥物歸經」的體系，奠定後世「臟腑辨證論治」和藥物使用的基礎，也影響現代中醫師的臨床用藥習慣。除了中醫學術上的成就，無私的教學有助於後代醫學的進步，也值得為人師者學習。

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the influence of bowels and viscera therapy's theory from Yuan-su Zhang. Inherited the theory of the visceral manifestation, the like or dislike of five visceral system and the five flavors into organs from the Nei Jing, Yuan-su Zhang had established a complete system about “bowels and viscera therapy and drug channel-entry. Those may lay the foundation for the later diagnosis and treatment of organs & herbal drugs therapy. He also affected the habits of modern practitioners of clinical medicine. In addition to the academic study of traditional Chinese medicine, he did teach everything what he had known. That would help to improve future medical advances and be also worth the other teacher to learn.
