The goal of learning communities is to provide a learning environment and mechanism promoting personal growth and the development of organization. To explore the development of learning communities, the paper firstly aims to analyze the essence of learning communities. Secondly, to explain the building and development of learning communities. Furthermore, to point out the strategies for running a learning community.
