婚姻家庭,自由之蟊賊也 中國無政府主義家庭革命論的意含

Marriage and Family are the Enemies of Liberty: Implications of the Idea of Family Revolution from Chinese Anarchism

摘要


婚姻家庭是現代人面臨的重要議題,其討論起源於近代,無論西方還是中國,皆曾以解放女性的訴求爲起點,出現過許多相關討論。其中,中國無政府主義者主張的廢除婚姻家庭論獨樹一幟,將解放女性的議題進一步發展到結構性批判,其論點依然能帶給我們很大的啓發。本文試圖分析中國無政府主義對於婚姻家庭的相關論述,並進行適當的詮釋,以闡發它所帶給我們的意含。本文指出,中國政治文化將人類社會婚姻家庭中普遍存在的關係性進一步提升到思想層次,在建立權威主義式永久性關係網絡的同時,也進而在人際網絡中造就極大的壓迫感。爲了對抗這種永久性關係,中國無政府主義者便提出自由戀愛的人際關係論,視自由結合、自由離散爲理想的人際關係,並揭示未來社會秩序的另一種可能性。

Originating in the modern era, marriage and family have become important topics for all of mankind. The appeal for women's liberation sparked numerous discussions in both the West and in China. Among the topics discussed was the unique argument proposed by Chinese anarchists to abolish marriage and family altogether. They took woman's liberation one step further by offering a structural criticism of both marriage and family. Their points of view can still enlighten us to some extent today. This essay aims to analyze the statements made by the Chinese anarchists about marriage and family, carefully interpreting and elucidating the implications. This essay finds that human relationships existed universally in marriage and family were promoted to an ideological level in Chinese political culture, in which authoritarian and permanent relationship networks caused massive oppression. To oppose these relationships, Chinese anarchists insisted that free love become the new model for human relationships, and regarded free union and separation as the ideal. They provided the possibility of a future order that could exist society.
