聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯/聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯摻合體熱裂解行為之探討

摘要


本實驗以不同重量比例聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯( Polyethylene terephthalate ) 和聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯(Polytrimethylene terephthalate)進行摻混形成一系列PET/PTT摻合體,以熱重分析儀(Thermalgravimetric analyzer)探討摻合體之熱裂解行為,再以Doyle-Ozawa積分法計算摻合體之裂解活化能。實驗結果顯示,PET/PTT摻合體熱裂解溫度隨著PTT含量的增加有往低溫偏移的趨勢,摻合體的裂解活化能皆介於兩個均聚物之間。

This study was focused on thermal degradation behavior of PET/PTT polymer blends, which were blended with different weight ratios of PET and PTT homopolymers. Thermal degradation behavior was observed using a Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA). The degradation activation energy was calculated by a Doyle-Ozawa equation. The results showed that the thermal degradation temperature of the blended PET/PTT decreased with an increase of PTT content. In addition, the degradation activation energies of the PET/PTT polymer blends were between that of two homopolymers.
