印刷型多通道彈性迴路元件開發

The Development of Printed Multi-Channel Elastic Circuit Device

摘要


本研究利用傳統紡織工業的網版印刷為主要製程,開發出具有雙層多通道彈性印刷迴路元件。以彈性導電漿料為基礎材料,輔以高伸長量之型態結構設計,讓整體的迴路模組具有彈性結構,並藉由結構之設計完成多通道之印刷設計。本研究選用一般紡織領域所常用的TPU膜材,這對於現行紡織品的應用可以有著立竿見影的效果。未來可以依據需求進行不同之設計,有效地提升單位面積下所使用效率,這對於智慧紡織品的電子傳遞將可以有所貢獻。

This study used the traditional textile industry screen printing as the main process and developed a kind of double-layer multi-channel elastic printing circuit device. The elastic conductive slurry was used as the basic conductive material and supplemented by the high elongation type structure design. In this study, the TPU membrane commonly used in the general textile field is selected, which has an immediate effect on the application of current textiles. In the future, the different designs can be made according to needs, effectively improving the efficiency of use per unit area, which will contribute to the electronic transmission of smart textiles.
