長短纖複合紗種物性及吸濕排汗影響之研究

Study on Moisture Absorption and Perspiration Properties of Filament/Staple Composite Yarn

摘要


本文針對長短纖複合紗線以四種複合方式,改變長纖喂入位置,使紗線形成不同結構之特性進行紗線評估,探討聚酯雙異斷面(圓形/4T)長短纖複合紗線結構隨著長纖加工絲包覆密度、均勻度增加對於成紗物性之影響。實驗結果顯示,聚酯雙異斷面(圓形/4T)長短纖複合紗線結構隨著長纖加工絲包覆密度、均勻度增加,強度、伸度、導濕隨之增加,紗線品質U%、毛羽指數隨之降低(改善)並提高抗起毬性;Wrapped紡紗方式以針織布評估水分擴散可達4級、乾燥速率可達3級、抗起毬可達4級。

PET (circular/4T) filament and staple composite yarn were fabricated by ring spinning machine to form hard core yarn, sirofil yarn, wrap yarn and siro hard core yarn. Different covered density and uniformity reveal different properties. Test results show that as the covered density and uniformity increase, the strength, elongation and moisture absorption of the covered yarn also increase. Unevenness(U%) and hairness of covered yarn also improvement and shows the good pilling resistance. Among the covered yarns, wrapped yarn reveal good efficacy of wicking (4 degree), quick dry (3 degree) and pilling resistance (4 degree).
