回收PP複合板之力學研究

A Study on the Mechanics of Recycle PP Composite Board

摘要


研究以不同含量矽藻土與回收聚丙烯熔融混合,製備矽藻土/回收聚丙烯複合材,研究矽藻土的增強效果,分析不同矽藻土含量對回收聚丙烯拉伸及彎曲及耐衝擊的影響,結果顯示在添加3wt%矽藻土時有最佳彎曲及耐衝擊強度,並在添加3wt%矽藻土時,同時複合10wt%及15wt%玻璃纖維,結果顯示在拉伸強度上並無明顯變化,在彎曲及耐衝擊強度上,隨著玻璃纖維的添加上升,強度皆隨之上升7%。

This research is describe different contents of diatomaceous earth and recycled polypropylene were melted and mixed. the results showed that when adding 3wt% diatomaceous earth, it has the best bending and impact strength, And when 3wt% diatomaceous earth is added, 10wt% and 15wt% glass fiber are compounded at the same time, and its tensile, bending and impact strength are analyzed. The results in bending and impact strength, with the increase of glass fiber, the strength increases 7%.
