智慧降溫冷卻服飾系統研究

Study on Smart Cooling Clothing System

摘要


個人降溫系統可以解決高溫作業負荷帶來的健康安全與工作效率風險,其降溫技術方案,包括相變化材料PCM、水冷、氣冷、微型壓縮機等不同媒介的降溫系統,其中以水冷系統為目前採用最多的解決方案。而水冷降溫系統往往只有馬達開或關與馬達調速二種,當水冷開始使用時易發生過冷,主要由於散熱過程中沒有得到穩定的控制,溫度劇烈變化以及局部過冷同樣會引起人體不適,為了提高使用者的舒適性,本研究選擇冷卻效果良好,且易於控制的水冷降溫服為研究,開發一套具有智慧的制冷系統,以冰塊為主,制冷裝置為輔,讓熱交換裝置與制冷裝置完美結合,利用AI自我學習使用者習慣並自我控制冷卻效果,即可降溫又可提高冷卻時間。

The personal cooling system can solve the high temperature workload risks to the health, safety and work efficiency. And cooling technology include phase change material PCM, water cooling, air cooling, micro compressors and other cooling systems for different media. Among them, the water cooling system is currently the most used solution. The water cooling system often only use two types of ways: motor on, off and motor speed regulation. When the water cooling is used, it is easy to overcool, mainly because the heat dissipation process is not controlled stably. And when temperature have big changes or partial overcooling also caused human discomfort. In order to improve the cooling system comfort, the water cooling suit with good cooling effect and easy to control is selected as the research, and smart refrigeration system is developed, mainly with ice cubes, supplemented by refrigeration devices, so that the heat exchange device and the refrigeration device are perfectly combined. Besides, the study use the AI to self-learn the user's habits and self-control the cooling effect, which can decrease the garment temperature and increase the cooling time.
