摘要

子宮癌經過全子宮切除手術後，發生陰道復發的機率不少。一般對這類陰道復發性子宮癌，都行放射線治療，唯合併症高，很可能會影響生活品質。手術治療這類病人，是另一選擇，可能可以維持正常的生活。技術上，本身牽涉的範圍很廣，合併症的處理，更不可或缺。手術醫生，應有深度的培養。

Vaginal cancer developed after hysterectomy for the treatment of endometrial cancer can be managed again surgically. Radical surgery, not a pelvic exenteration, is to excise the tissues more laterally and beyond the tumor in the hope that the disease can be cured and the lifestyle of patients can be maintained normally. However, due to the anatomy proximity of the tumor to the bladder and rectum, surgery is very challenging in terms of the procedures involved, the incidence of major complications, and the high mortality rate. The skill of techniques described needs a longer period of education and training. The patient mentioned as an example is alive and happy, with quality of life because she can urinate normally. Hopefully the surgical technique we provide and the result we have achieved can stimulate gynecologic oncologists of high quality to Join us in improving the survival rate of patients and the quality of life as well.
