摘要

隨著抗生素的發展和傷害防治的重視，額竇皮瘻目前已不多見。因爲位置的特殊性，額竇皮瘻的修復必須考量額竇正常生理功能的維持，皮瓣的設計及縫合處張力的降低。我們於近年經歷一例68歲男性勞工，半年前曾因外力撞擊造成前額局部腫脹；之後因爲習慣性的摳、抓合併衛生不良，造成前額局部反復性的感染和發炎，最後形成額竇皮瘻之病例，特提出報告。並討論我們利用導尿管修復此額竇皮瘻的經驗，以供參考。

A sinocutaneous fistula from the frontal sinus is uncommon. Also the surgical management of a frontal sinocutaneous fistula may be challenging. We presented a sinocutaneous fistula in one 68-year-old male and discussed the Foley catheter assisted technique for reconstruction.
