Chondroid syringoma is an uncommon, benign skin adnexal tumour. The majority of these tumours occur in the head and neck region in adults. It usually grows slowly and is localized in the dermis or subdermis. A 35-year-old male presented with a right ear mass in the external auditory canal. He had noticed the tumour 2 months prior to this visit. Total excision was performed. The pathology report confirmed the diagnosis of chondroid syringoma. The postoperative course over the following 36 months was uneventful.
