摘要

Axenfeld-Rieger症候群為一種先天發育異常，而表現出在眼球上，包括角膜、前房隅角及虹膜；或在眼球外，包括顔面部及牙齒之病態症狀，在眼球方面較嚴重的併發症為青光眼的發生。本病例為－31歲男性，具典型的眼部及眼外之病徵，本文報告其青光眼的進展與治療的經過，最後經手街治療後青光眼控制穩定。

Axenfeld-Rieger Syndrome is an embryologic development disorder. Its clinical symptoms and signs include ocular or/and extraocular abnormal findings. The development of glaucoma is one of the most serious complications in its ocular finings. We reported a 31 year-old male patient, who pressented typical ocular and extraocular features. After trabeculectomy, Isis glaucoma was well controlled without medication.
