建構國內檢驗院內碼與LOINC碼對應輔助系統

摘要

LOINC(Logical Observation Identifier Name and Codes)標準已被國際廣為採用，推廣LOINC編碼系統在國內實驗室檢驗作業應用，不但促使國內檢驗資訊符合國際標準，又可加速國內醫療資訊產業與國際接軌，提昇醫療資訊全球化競爭優勢。本文提出以NHI-L○INC檢驗對應資料庫和檢驗相關字對應資料庫來建構了網基式NHI-LOINC檢驗對應輔助系統(NLMAS)。由於網際網路的普遍應用和國人對健保碼的熟悉度，本系統利用健保碼和檢驗相關字來完成院內碼與LOINC碼之對應工作，一方面可以降低學習時問和檢驗專業知識門檻，另方面將可促進國內各醫療院所或檢驗機構加速導入LOINC編碼系統的應用。

LOINC (Logical Observation Identifier Names and Codes) has been widely adopted internationally. Adoption of LOINC codes for clinical laboratory practices can not only promote standardization of local codes of laboratory tests but speed tip globalization of the local medical information industry and increase competition in global market shares. This paper presents web-based assistant system for mapping local codes of laboratory tests to the corresponding LOINC codes. Due to familiarity of National Health Insurance (NHI) codes, the system can reduce the learning curve amid required domain knowledge, and hence, can facilitate the adoption of LOINC codes in Taiwan.
