摘要

在健康保險的支持下，我國具有較高的醫療品質及較低的醫療費用，因醫療服務普及、且治療效果佳，使國人享有高品質的健康照護與疾病治療環境。但在人口高齡化、少子化的影響之下，我國民眾對於自我健康管理的需求越來越強烈，對於預防型「個人健康管理」需要由自身開始，對抗疾病最好的辦法是預先了解疾病，從疾病的症狀、影響、到控制，都會有不同的資訊與知識，藉由良好的知識和資訊傳遞，能夠有效幫助自我健康管理，達到防患於未然。本健康資訊指南以台灣各大醫學資訊雜誌、網站、研究論文、研究報告為基礎，整合七百餘篇的文獻，整理出簡單、清晰易懂的基礎健康資訊，以生理數值、疾病為基礎，透過不同的生理部位進行分類，讓使用者可以輕易理解健康相關的知識，提前進行個人疾病預防。藉由本資訊指南的知識傳遞，作為民眾參考的整合型健康知識百科。

We integrate the health information, based on physiological values and disease, it can let information clear and easy-to-understand. With the knowledge transfer of Health Information Guide, it serves as an integrated health knowledge encyclopedia for public reference.
