摘要

彭作邦《周易史證》一書，為清代史事易學著作之佳構。本文試圖從三方面敘述本書之要點，全文共分五個部分。一、前言。說明彭作邦生平事略，並略述清代史事易學之面貌。二、《周易史證》著述背景。主要說明其成書及撰作動機、著述形制，並探究其易學淵源。三、《周易史證》釋《易》特色。分別就其（一）義理屬性（二）儒家基調（三）融鑄經史（四）合卦解說來說明。四、《周易史證》重要見解。分別就（一）知幾之教（二）卦爻吉凶（三）八卦象徵（四）憂患九卦來解說。五、結論。歸納全文研究結果，扼要敘述之。

This is an essay which discusses the I Ching ”book of change” annotated by a scholar in the Qing Dynasty, who's name is Pang, Zuo-Bang. That book's name is Zhou I Shi Zheng. I would like to discuss it from four directions.
First, I introduce who he is
Second, I discuss the motives behind his writing.
Third, I introduce the characteristics of annotated I Ching.
Fouth, I discuss his important views.
On the whole, we can say the book's important characteristics are a sect which interpreted I Ching from historical events and people that read through all of this book. The other characteristics of this book are its Confucianist perspectives which are in accordance with humanity.
