層級分析法(AHP)應用於永續產品開發策略之研究

摘要


綠色主義不僅是現今熱門的話題,綠色設計已然成為現代企業發展與消費趨勢的最高準則,更是未來永續產品開發的主流,甚至一些已開發的國家已在法規上制定了產品設計與生產的環保標準,因此對企業而言,一套較佳的綠色設計方法與技術應用,將是永續產品開發策略中不可或缺的,而如何建構與改善現有的綠色設計方法與技術應用,將是永續產品開發策略所著重的主要關鍵。 永續產品設計開發策略所要考量的因素要比一般產品開發來的多,在綠色產品的設計開發上更需一套周全的綠色設計方法與技術,讓一般的企業易於著手和依循,使更有心於環保產品的設計開發上。 本研究目的在針對消費性電子產品建立一套綠色設計方法與技術應用於永續產品開發策略,過程中採用文獻探討法及比較分析法,同時藉由專家訪談調查來比對與評估產品綠色設計重要因子,並使用層級分析法(AHP)做為分析工具,針對消費性電子產品將綠色設計的因素重組且重新考量,建立永續產品開發策略所需之綠色設計要素與準則,並擬定消費性電子產品永續設計評量與檢核技術工具,以確保產品開發的永續設計目標之達成。

Principles of green design not only are the major topic but also become highest standards for business. Even more it is the main stream of development and sustainable products. Some of the developed countries have already set up standards of product design and manufacture. Thus, one of the better methods and technologies of green design becomes very important for developing sustainable product strategy. But how to build and improve the method and technology of green design is also a key point in developing sustainable product strategy. Sustainable products have to consider more affected factors. So, it is more necessary to have a complete and perfect green design method and technology when designing and developing green products. As a result, it is essential to give business an easy way to undertake the green design. Then, they will also pay more attention to green products development. The goal of this study is aimed at building a better method and technology for electrical products in developing sustainable product strategy. By finding principle, method, technology and evaluation of green design, this study conducted literature review and compared analyse. Then, it used Analytic Hierarchy Process as an analysis tool to rearrange the factors. Based on the above analyses, the study found the factors of green design and then the electrical products of green design process in business through interviewing experts. Finally, it applied checking and evaluation tools from sustainable product design to ensure that the development of sustainable products can reach the sustainable goals.
