摘要

武獲管理面對技術多樣性、複雜性、多變性及高風險性等問題。本研究旨在探討武獲流程中導入關鍵技術成熟度評估作業方式，提供一套創新的管理程序與方法之資訊，協助武獲高階管理階層進行決策分析時更具效率，武獲執行階層亦可發掘更多問題，儘早設法改善。經問卷調查分析，多數武獲專家認同成熟度評估作業方式，惟相關細部作業仍待加強。未來若能擴大此項作業能量，建立相關作業準則，本研究頗具參考價值。

The ”Defense Acquisition Management” faces technical multiplicity, complex, variable, noble character danger and so on. This study focuses on the defense requirements acquisition process involve in the critical technology maturity assessment work way. It provides an executive program and the method information. It might provide the managers' decision-making analysis more efficiency, also might provide the workers to excavate more questions, and tried to improve as soon as possible. The result after the questionnaire survey analysis that most experts approve the critical technology maturity assessment work way, but some correlation detail methods still wait for strengthen. On future if will be able to expand this work, and establishment related work criterion, then this research on obvious reference value.
