動作練習安排與回饋:劃時代的基模理論

摘要


基模理論(schema theory)是動作學習領域中的重要研究,也在實際場合中提供動作指導者諸多指引,然而同時卻有研究者提出基模理論會受某些因素影響,而無法一致的預測動作學習之效果。本文之目的並非重新闡述如年齡差異或動作經驗等影響基模預測因素,而在於藉由相關研究發現,探討基模理論之內容或架構等核心問題,其亦爲後續研究者值得再行檢驗之課題,以使完備地在基模理論基石上,更完整地建構動作學習之知識。
