另類經濟在台灣社會中的實踐：以台南仕安社區合作社為例

資本主義在全球化的帶動下雖然加速了資本的流通，但也同時挾帶著社會不公以及環境生態的破壞，因此另類經濟的出現即是試圖在主流經濟中找尋其他經濟模式的可能性，例如合作社經濟、小農市集、公平貿易、社區發展等替代方案。本研究聚焦於台灣另類經濟的發展，探討社區經濟在政府、社區居民、專業人士的推動下，如何展開有別於強調自由競爭的資本主義的空間場域。透過個案的研究，分析人際關係中的團結力以及人內心的道德感知，如何作為社區經濟的原動力，創造一個具有彈性並強調公平參與、創造公共財的經濟模式，並點出其在現今台灣社會中的問題以及侷限性，供未來在政策上、實務上之參考。

Capitalism carries social inequalities and environmental issues, even though it has successfully sped up the capital flows under the globalization. Therefore, it is the emergence of alternative economies that is a possibility which attempts to find other economic models upon mainstream economies, such as cooperatives, farmer's markets, fair trades, community developments, and so on. This research focuses on alternative economic development in Taiwan, exploring how a community economy--driven by the government, residents, and professionals--can develop a space that is different from capitalistic economics among free competitions. From case studies, analysis on how the solidarity and moral principles can shed light on the driving force of the community economy to create an economic model with flexibility, which emphasizes distributive equality and public goods. Furthermore, it points out problems and limitations in current Taiwan, which may serve as the future reference in policies and applications.
